ONE PLAN. ONE TEAM.
EVERY DISCIPLINE
UNDER ONE ROOF.
Personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition, in one programme by one team.
In central Hong Kong. Built around people who hold themselves to a real standard.
MOST PEOPLE END UP PIECING THEIR SUPPORT TOGETHER
So they end up working separately with…
A TRAINER
A NUTRITIONIST
THE INTERNET

NONE OF THEM SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE.

Three sources, three plans, no shared system. No common measurement. No one accountable for whether the pieces actually add up. You end up coordinating it all yourself, with a fraction of the information the job needs.
YOUR PROGRESS GETS DISCONNECTED

Whether you are chasing a personal best, staying strong and capable for the decades ahead, or building a young athlete’s foundation, disconnected support holds you back.
Most people never get the disciplined, coordinated and measured programme that actually moves them forward.
When you should be getting a coordinated system as a default.

But there is another way
A REAL PERFORMANCE SYSTEM COORDINATES ALL FOUR
WHICH IS WHY THE EFFORT NEVER QUITE COMPOUNDS
Years of training that returns less than the work deserves. A persistent sense of doing the right things and still not getting the result the work should produce.
AND WHY THE BODY EVENTUALLY PUSHES BACK
When training, nutrition and recovery are not synchronised, setbacks stop being bad luck and start being predictable. The body is asking for coordination the system has never delivered.
So we built this.

is
Built on fifteen years of high-performance coaching. Now open in central Hong Kong.

Nu Performance began as a coaching practice and has grown into a full performance centre and team. It is built on fifteen years of strength and conditioning experience, including eight at the Hong Kong Rugby Union as Head of Athletic Performance, working with people who hold themselves to a serious standard, whether or not they compete.
Those clients kept asking for more. More than training alone. More than nutrition alone. More than a plan that ignored the rest of their lives. They asked for the system serious performance quietly runs on, brought into one place. The Nu Performance Centre is built to deliver exactly that, in central Hong Kong.

WHEN YOUR READY, COME IN
The most useful first step is a conversation in the facility itself. Walk through the space, meet the team, and talk through what you are working towards. The door is open.
